Contract (13–18 Week Options) | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting following established clinical protocols and standards
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies
• Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competencies as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license – permanent Ohio license or compact state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months
• No open background or license hits; background findings are subject to facility review

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months or more of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility or location
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment protocols
