Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in Parsippany, NJ. This role involves representing a diverse range of public and private employers in employment litigation matters. The position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote and in-person work. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior litigators to develop defense strategies for employment actions. Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, memos, briefs, and other legal correspondence. Analyze employment records and represent clients in court and before administrative agencies. Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials, and all aspects of employment litigation. Interact with employment experts and conduct legal research and analysis. Draft motions and work cooperatively with team members. Engage with clients and maintain client relationships. Requirements Admission to practice in New Jersey. At least 3 years of experience in employment litigation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Skills Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with clients and command client confidence. Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
