We partner with school districts to place skilled professionals in environments where they can truly make a difference in students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What You'll Do

As a School Social Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting student success by addressing social-emotional needs and strengthening school-family-community connections.

Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to K-12 students
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student support plans
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
Support behavior planning, crisis intervention, and student advocacy
Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

What We're Looking For

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement (required)
Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Passion for supporting student well-being and success
