Customer-Centric Sales Associate (Fast-Paced)

Hibbett Las Cruces is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver quality customer service and drive product sales. You will become knowledgeable across product areas, promote promotions, and act as an ambassador for the brand to create a memorable shopping experience for regulars and new customers.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with purchases, meeting sales goals, following store policies, supporting daily operations, restocking, and communicating needs to store management.
