- Product commission

- Ability to level up multiple times a year based on performance (increase in base and commission)
- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, New Year's Day, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas, Easter... all of work!
