Step into a leadership position that combines your love for working with children and your desire to grow professionally. As an Interim Child Care Lead Instructor, you'll be the heartbeat of our after-school program, creating engaging experiences for kindergarten through 5th-grade students.
Your Role Will Include:
- Ensuring the wellbeing and security of all enrolled children.
- Implementing behavior intervention strategies and creating an inclusive environment.
- Training and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
- Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality programming standards.
- Building strong relationships with families and maintaining excellent communication.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a child-related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience working with school-age children (minimum).
- School-age care experience (preferred).
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting pay $21.25/hour.
Locations & Shift Times:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am - 6:00 pm.
- Start date: School Year 2026 - 2027.
- Location: North Woods Elementary and Gleason Lake Elementary.
