Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health
Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join a multidisciplinary team delivering consultative services for primary care patients. You will screen, assess, and intervene, develop measurable treatment plans, and coordinate with families and care teams. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in social work or related field and a state license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/ Psychologist).
