We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in the Odessa, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience and be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Service and replace HVAC components as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
• Complete required service documentation and maintenance records

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC technician experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clear MVR
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have a clear criminal background
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
