Position Summary The Manufacturing Scheduler coordinates the scheduling and capacity of image carrier jobs within manufacturing sites across North America. Understanding technologies, capacity, and inventory to ensure proper scheduling of jobs to meet client timelines. Works with other Manufacturing Schedulers to move work around manufacturing network. Communicates with Managers and Project Managers on due dates/times and capacity. Works closely with DFS Operators on staging jobs for production. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent A working knowledge of computers, both Mac and PC, and graphics‑related computer applications preferred Familiar with Esko DFS software preferred Understanding of multi‑site scheduling preferred Skills & Abilities Willingness to learn Ability to take direction and feedback Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently and on a team Flexible to work overtime Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21.78 - $23.64 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
