Graphic Designer / Production Specialist
Join the Gleason & Son Signs Team!
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer / Production Specialist. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and take pride in creating high-quality work, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
Designing custom signs, banners, decals, and graphics
Preparing artwork for print and production
Operating sign-making and production equipment (training available for the right candidate)
Assisting with vinyl application, assembly, and installation preparation
Maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines
Providing excellent customer service and working as part of a team
Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sign industry experience is a plus, but not required
