This leadership role combines clinical expertise with teamdevelopment, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to quality patientcare. Responsibilities · Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity,documentation, and quality outcomes.
- Mentor and support therapy clinicians andassistants.
- Collaborate with facility leadership and theinterdisciplinary care team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, staffdevelopment, and retention.
- Maintain compliance with applicable clinical andregulatory standards.
- Active applicable state professional license ingood standing.
- Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitationexperience preferred.
- Rehabilitation leadership or management experiencestrongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization,and team-building skills.
