Senior Accumulations Manager

Leading the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide accumulations capabilities, the full-time Senior Integrated Accumulations Manager will optimize benefit administration and claims processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute accumulations strategy aligned with organizational goals and member experience objectives Oversee the design and maintenance of integrated accumulations solutions across multiple products and benefit plans Monitor accumulations performance and establish metrics to measure operational effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field Minimum of 8+ years of experience in integrated accumulations, benefits administration, or healthcare technology At least 2+ years of people leadership and team management experience Deep understanding of healthcare accumulations and related vendor integrations Experience leading cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives
