Cash Applications Specialist

Job Description Job Description Our Carrollton client is currently looking for a Cash App specialist to join their team on a temporary basis! Take a look! This position is 100% onsite. Schedule: M-F 8-5 Duties: Receive daily lockbox deposit Timely, accurate posting of high volume payments Balancing posted batches to reports Balancing closing registers daily Handling customer service calls regarding account status and/or payments Respond to requests from various departments Billing and Collections duties as assigned Requirements: 2-5 years in an Accounts Receivable role. Heavy focus on cash applications or credit card posting for commercial accounts, reconciliations, research and resolution Must be able to multitask, with excellent organizational abilities & attention to detail Excellent computer skills, including advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, formulas, etc.) Can work at a fast pace Must be a quick learner, and easily adapt to change Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; be a team player SAP experience is highly preferred High School Diploma PrideStaff (North Dallas location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.
