Two full-time positions are available for dedicated, compassionate professionals interested in working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic educational environment. As an integral part of the school’s support team, you will collaborate closely with educators and specialists to ensure students receive the individualized attention they need. Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a school paraprofessional or similar educational support role strongly preferred
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and respect
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Comfortable navigating fast-changing situations and adapting as needed
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support for students with significant needs, following established IEPs and daily plans
• Assist with classroom activities, individualized instruction, and transitions throughout the school day
• Help manage behavioral challenges using proactive strategies and positive reinforcement
• Support teachers, therapists, and other staff in cultivating an inclusive, productive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide relevant feedback to the educational team
