Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to support timely project delivery Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders Assist with procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination Support financial processes such as job costing, invoicing, and budget tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers as needed Company Benefits 10 Company Holidays and Paid Time Off starting at 13 days annually Fun & Laughter Day Off Medical, Dental & Vision Plan Life insurance & Disability Plan Wellness Program 401K Matching Plan Colleague Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement Competitive salary and compensation plan Vehicle reimbursement plan or company vehicle Corporate Social Responsibility Day Cell phone reimbursement (if applicable) Paid parental leave Requirements 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/ERP tools Experience in the security, construction, or technology industry is a plus The expected compensation range for this position is between $34 and $39 an hour, depending on experience.
