Opportunity Overview

Our organization is looking to recruit a Board Eligible/Board Certified Surgical Oncologist to become part of a growing multidisciplinary cancer initiative in Yuba City, California.

This is a remarkable chance for a surgeon specializing in breast surgery who is eager to establish and expand a comprehensive breast surgery program while also engaging in a broader surgical oncology practice.

We are interested in candidates who have completed advanced training in breast surgery through one of the following pathways:

• A Breast Surgery Fellowship following a General Surgery residency, or

• A Surgical Oncology fellowship with substantial experience and proficiency in breast surgery.

Breast surgery will be a fundamental aspect of this role. While the practice may encompass General Surgical Oncology and other oncological procedures depending on the candidate's training and interests, managing breast disease will be a primary focus of this position.

Qualifications

Applicants must have completed advanced breast surgery training through one of the following routes:

• A General Surgery residency followed by a Breast Surgery Fellowship, or

• A Surgical Oncology fellowship with dedicated training and experience in Breast Surgery.

Additional qualifications include:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.

• Eligibility for medical licensure in California.
