Description:

This position involves managing bed placements and patient admissions within a clinical setting. The role focuses on overseeing the Admit/Transfer Center operations. The House Supervisor RN Coordinator will ensure effective bed utilization and patient transfers. Strong skills in crisis management and patient safety are essential. The position requires monitoring of regulatory compliance and patient care standards. Candidates must have experience with patient admissions post-surgery and procedures. Interdisciplinary support and effective communication with teams are critical. Familiarity with charting systems is required. This is a non-floating position that mandates weekend coverage every other weekend. Weekends and flexible hours are integral to this role. Experience in acute care settings is essential for success.
