Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care, with a preference for those who have infusion experience. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient health conditions while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct patient care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Administer and manage infusion therapies as needed (preferred). Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current with medical best practices and continuing education. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP). Preferably experience with infusion therapy and related procedures. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position is based in El Paso, TX, providing care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
