Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient center, your key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote connection and shared experiences among clients, ensuring each individual feels heard and supported.

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions that delve into clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, assisting them in developing personalized coping mechanisms and action plans.

• Collaborating with clients to construct detailed, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their specific psychological needs and personal preferences.

• Monitoring and evaluating clients’ progress through various evidence-based assessment tools while providing insightful feedback that fosters growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
