Job Title: Alternative Investments, Direct Lending and Specialty Finance (Mid-Senior Level Associate)
Location: Manhattan, New York, 10001
- Mid or senior level associate with 3 years expertise in either of fund finance or structured finance -- we will take that skillset and expand into broader types of financings.
- The successful candidate will have solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.
