Job Type Full Time Pay $50 - $55 per hour Responsibilities Promote general dental health Carry out routine treatments prescribed by a registered dentist, such as simple fillings, fluoride application, and X-ray taking Skills Great and clear communication skills Customer service experience Interpersonal abilities Decision-making skills Attention to detail Qualifications Advanced degree from an accredited university in Dental Therapy Current Minnesota license granted by the Board of Dentistry Provide direct care to high-risk patients, carry out education and instruction, assist health providers with dental procedures consistent with protocols and guidelines Ability to travel between facilities Knowledge of dental disease processes Demonstrated clinical competence Work efficiently under limited supervision Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Excellent listening, oral and written English skills in communication with patients, families and health professionals Cultural sensitivity and tolerance towards diverse backgrounds Excellent computer skills License up to date (sealant, rotary, restorative procedure) CPR certification Good with children Benefits 401K Eligibility Up to $2,000 CE course reimbursement Paid time off (PTO) up to 14 days Paid holidays Health insurance benefit In-house dental care #J-18808-Ljbffr
