Senior Frontend Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). This role involves designing responsive web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing UI performance through testing, debugging, and modern front-end best practices.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $80/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Senior Frontend Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create UI mockups, prototypes, and participate in design reviews to enhance usability and functionality.
• Perform UI and automated testing to ensure high-quality, bug-free application performance.
• Optimize application performance, fix bugs, and ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and continuously improve development practices and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years in IT with 8+ years in front-end development.
• Strong hands-on experience in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building responsive, user-centric web applications.
• Experience with UI testing, performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $80.00 per hour
