Maintenance Manager

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations across the community, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Supervise and support maintenance team members while coordinating schedules, priorities, and performance expectations. Ensure building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Oversee work order systems, vendor relationships, and project management for maintenance and facility improvements. Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support community operations, safety initiatives, and resident satisfaction. Schedule 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Pay $60,000k - $70,000k / annually DOE About You Experience in maintenance leadership, facility services, or building operations management. Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate complex projects. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and respond effectively in emergency situations.
