Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate individualized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods to promote ongoing support at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical progress and amend treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients stay on track towards recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
