Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Evening shifts within the 5:00 PM–2:30 AM window. Start and end times vary based on assigned area and workload. Weekend availability is a plus.

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a dependable, hands-on Janitorial Area Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities. In this role, you’ll train employees, inspect cleaning quality, coordinate coverage, and help ensure our customers receive consistent, professional service.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and maintain the cleaning expectations for each assigned facility.
• Perform regular inspections to confirm work meets company and customer standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.
• Arrange coverage or personally perform cleaning duties when employees are absent.
• Manage staffing and work hours to meet each building’s assigned labor goals.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond to customer feedback and communicate necessary follow-up to the team.
• Follow and reinforce safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Maintain building security by following alarm procedures and tracking assigned keys.
• Complete training records, evaluations, employee requests, and disciplinary documentation promptly.
• Communicate regularly with cleaning teams, Operations, and other management.
• Keep any assigned company vehicle clean.

• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and adjust to changing staffing needs.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper cleaning procedures.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Availability to work full-time evening shifts with flexible start and end times based on workload.
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings during the scheduled shift.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation. A company vehicle may be available for use during the shift, depending on the assigned area.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
