Full-time Physical Therapist (PT)

Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, and King George Counties.

What You'll Do

• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Manage your own daily schedule and service area

Requirements

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
