Automation Test Lead Java, Selenium

The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end functional testing, selenium, and software testing activities such as writing and executing scripts, reviewing test cases, test results, documenting test plans and reports. The main objective is to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end functional testing efforts for software projects.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execute test scripts.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing requirements.
• Conduct selenium automation testing to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for software testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and guide team members on testing methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve testing issues.

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end functional testing, selenium, and software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Ability to conduct automation testing using selenium for web applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Other Requirements

• ISTQB certification in software testing is preferred but not mandatory.

Maximum Salary (US): 155000 Minimum Salary (US): 95000
