Join our Hamilton-Ryker Team! Position: Receptionist Location: Georgetown KY Shift: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 12:00pm (35 Hours a week) Payrate: $15.00/hr. What you will be doing: Greet tenants and guests - answer general questions. Answer phones for Section 8/Public Housing Department. Make copies and assemble packets. File and retrieve documents electronically and in hard‑copy format. Accept rent payments. Respond to emails. Ensure to remain confidential in all aspects of the position. What we need from you: Must be at least 18 years of age or over. Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy. Must have High school diploma or Equivalent. Must have a Valid Driver's License. Must have previous Computer skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and perform percentages. Knowledge of working in an office setting.
