Your Role's Impact

In this role, your contribution goes beyond resolving issues; you're tasked with restoring routines, rekindling self-belief, and enhancing the joy in daily experiences. From aiding stroke survivors on their journey to reclaiming fine motor skills to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will deliver person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

Rather than relying on routines or mere checklists, each therapy session will be a milestone in a patient's journey, with individual stories woven through each treatment. You'll partner with a diverse team of therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to customize rehabilitation strategies, ensuring each plan reflects the unique qualities of the individual it supports.

Why You Will Love Working Here - And The Community That Surrounds You

In our team, we have created something extraordinary. Our rehabilitation team operates on encouragement - we uplift one another, exchange insights, and celebrate every victory, big or small. You will discover a workplace where your input matters, your professional growth is nurtured, and your contributions offer tangible impacts every day.

And then there's Arlington, a vibrant place that offers so much more than just a cityscape. Swap out towering buildings for parks that invite outdoor leisure, and experience a neighboring region filled with entertainment, culture, and fun. Whether it's attending thrilling sports games, enjoying local cuisine at food festivals, or exploring trendy boutique shops, there is always something exciting just around the corner.

From the rich tapestry of music and arts to diverse dining experiences, Arlington presents a thriving community that embraces creativity. You'll find this city balances an energetic pace with areas that encourage relaxation and connection with nature, creating an inviting atmosphere for both work and play.

Who We Want on Our Team

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as a calling, not merely a job. A person invigorated by small victories, such as when a patient feels empowered to use their hand again or finds strength to share their experiences anew.

Whether you're an established OTR/L or an emerging talent just stepping into your career, your journey will flourish here if you bring authenticity, determination, and empathy to your practice. If you pine for the fusion of high-quality patient care and a lifestyle that harmonizes work with leisure - you have found your new home.

Your Invitation to Make a Difference

This is your call to join a team that is shaping lives beyond the confines of a job title. Your work will not only impact individual recoveries, but it will also help reconstruct futures and restore what was lost. And you will do so in a flourishing area known for its blend of energy and tranquility.

If you are ready to elevate your career, give back to the community, and immerse yourself in a culture that cares - we are excited to welcome you!
