- Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies that inspire them to reach their functional goals.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and overall daily activities.
- Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
- Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate both patients and their families on therapeutic methods to support continual advancement at home.
- Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes closely and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to keep patients on the path to success.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
