Dental Hygienist – Eden Prairie, MN | Patient-Focused Private Practice

Eden Prairie Dental Care is a highly rated, patient-centered practice seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our well-established hygiene team. We are committed to delivering high-quality care while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment and strong work-life balance. Our hygiene schedule is consistently booked six months out, offering stability and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships.

Schedule
Part-time or Full-time, 2–4 days per week

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No Fridays or weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Perform thorough patient assessments and periodontal charting
Take dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Partner with the doctor to identify treatment needs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (required)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Pay & Compensation

Pay starting at $53.00+ per hour (based on experience)
