- Plan Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to ensure every cut is accurate.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all all times.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the rest of the Bax Homeworks team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Trade Knowledge: Proven carpentry skills and a deep understanding of modern construction methods.
- Tool Mastery: Proficiency and safety-first mindset with all hand and power tools.
- Precision: A sharp eye for measurements and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work comfortably in various weather conditions and job site environments.
- Experience: 2+ years in carpentry or residential remodeling.
- Reliability: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
- Independence: The ability to take a task and run with it with minimal supervision.
