We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. This is a part time position working 5 days/week from 8:30AM to 2:30PM for a total of around 30 hours per week. Opportunity for advancement in the agency is possible! Let us know if that is something you would be interested in. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Agent note: Do not let these qualification preferences deter you from applying. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
