Role Overview
Sr Consultant supporting Information Security A&M (Acquisition & Integration) initiatives.
Focus is NOT pure change mgmt - need someone who can organize execute and drive A&M programs end-to-end .
Core Focus Areas
- Acquisition integration (systems security)
- Technology change adoption
- Stakeholder alignment across enterprise
- PMO-aligned execution
Must Have
- 4 yrs Technology Change / Transformation
- 2 yrs PMO / Program Execution
- Strong A&M (Mergers & Acquisitions) exposure
- Ability to translate technical business impact
- Strong stakeholder communication (exec level)
Preferred
- M&A integration experience (hands-on)
- Consulting background ( Big 4 BIG plus )
- Prosci / ADKAR (nice to have)
Tools / Tech
- MS Project / Smartsheet (or similar)
- Microsoft 365 (Teams Excel PPT etc.)
- SharePoint / Confluence
