A new luxury-style dermatology practice in Miami is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Dermatologist to serve as its clinical leader and public-facing physician.

This is not a traditional employed dermatology position. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a talented physician who wants to help build an innovative brand, shape an exceptional patient experience and establish a premier Miami destination for next-generation dermatologic care.

The ideal candidate combines comprehensive clinical expertise with polished communication skills, a highly personable approach and genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies, advanced treatments and practice development.

The Opportunity

As the clinical face of the practice, you will provide sophisticated, personalized care across general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. You will also play an influential role in developing the practices clinical identity, service offerings, patient journey and market presence.

You will work in a state-of-the-art setting featuring advanced dermatology technology, aesthetic and laser services, modern tele-health capabilities and access to innovative treatment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical and general dermatologic conditions
• Perform in-office dermatologic surgery and appropriate procedural care
• Deliver cosmetic dermatology treatments, including laser and aesthetic services
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and innovative therapies when clinically appropriate
• Provide high-touch, care tailored to each patient
• Help define clinical protocols, treatment offerings and the overall patient experience
• Collaborate on brand development, educational content, media opportunities and community visibility
• Serve as a trusted physician spokesperson and clinical ambassador for the practice
• Support the growth of a distinctive, best-in-class dermatology destination in Miami
• Explore appropriate opportunities involving clinical trials, research and pharmaceutical partnerships

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Dermatology
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong experience in medical / general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology
• Experience with lasers, aesthetic treatments, advanced dermatologic technology or teledermatology preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to exceptional patient care
• Polished, warm and confident communication style
• Comfortable participating in professional media, educational content and brand-building initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping shape a growing practice
• Bilingual English / Spanish capabilities are a plus, but not required
