In this role, you’ll be part of a daily routine that ensures the safe and comfortable transportation of students to and from school. Mornings and afternoons will be active, engaging, and rewarding, with a predictable schedule that allows for personal flexibility during midday hours.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or transportation setting preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to provide responsible supervision and support for students of varying needs
• Dependability and punctuality for morning and afternoon shifts
• Willingness to collaborate closely with drivers and school staff
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Ride along assigned bus routes in the morning (3 hours) and afternoon (3 hours), assisting with student pick-ups and drop-offs
• Support student safety as they board, ride, and exit the bus
• Communicate effectively with students, drivers, and school personnel
• Address student needs promptly and courteously during transportation
• Participate in safety and emergency procedures as required
