• Mentor and guide the nursing team, holding a high standard for accountability and quality of care
• Work alongside leadership to drive clinical and operational success

• Handle staffing challenges directly, including tough personnel decisions when they come up
• Champion customer service and patient satisfaction across every level of care

What we're looking for:

• Active RN license and home health experience, both required
• A confident decision-maker with strong initiative and work ethic
• Someone who wants more than a typical 8-5 and is ready to invest in building something
