Project Administrator Opportunity

Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact supporting our US Navy clients on the PC-Based Open-Architecture for Reconfigurable Training Systems (PORTS) program by providing organizational, administrative, and logistics support across multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of professionals who work closely together to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

In this role, you will:

• Track and manage multiple project deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Assist with creating, updating, and formatting technical documentation and presentation material as required by the contract
• Attend meetings as designated by the Program Manager. Take notes for these meetings and publish them to the attendees for review in accordance with contractual standards and requirements, as necessary
• Maintain and update project configuration logs for multiple system development and maintenance projects
• Organize, print, scan, copy, and distribute a variety of documentation for test events, installations, and general use
• Assist with scheduling package and Freight pick-ups

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance upon hiring
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline and 5 years Project Admin experience or a High School Diploma and 7 years of experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint with advanced editing and formatting experience
• Understanding of SharePoint
• Knowledge of how to print, scan, and copy
• Strong customer and interpersonal communication skills
