Lumber Yard Operations Manager — Lead 20+ Team & Quality

The West Point, VA operation (Augusta Lumber brand) within The Baillie Group is seeking a Yard Manager to oversee the flow of lumber from the onsite sawmill through stacking, kiln-drying, grading, packaging and shipping. You will own quality control protocols and manage ~20 direct reports including forklift operators and lumber staff.
