Position: Front Desk Administrator Location: Parrish, FL Pay: $20/hour Experience: Previous experience in front desk, administrative, customer service, HOA, or property management roles preferred Type: Part-time; Temporary(With the potential for permanent placement) Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) HH Staffing is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Serve as the front desk point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors Grant access to the clubhouse and community amenities as needed Issue, track, and manage FOBs, access cards, and credentials Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner Enforce community policies and procedures firmly and respectfully De-escalate conflicts and handle concerns with discretion and professionalism Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports Communicate effectively with onsite management regarding issues or incidents Monitor clubhouse activity to ensure safety, compliance, and proper use Perform light administrative duties as assigned Position Requirements: Proficient with basic computer systems and administrative tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally Dependable, punctual, and reliable Comfortable enforcing rules while maintaining excellent customer service HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
