CAREGIVER - WEEKEND SHIFT 8:30AM-4:30PM

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an adult male in his home. This is a rewarding opportunity to support his independence, daily living skills, healthy routines, and community involvement while providing a calm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and one-on-one support with daily living activities.
• Assist with daily routines and ADLs as needed.
• Support meal preparation and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Encourage participation in recreational, social, and community activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and household organization.
• Provide gentle prompting and encouragement while respecting the individual's independence.
• Follow established care, safety, and behavioral protocols.
• Document services provided and report concerns in accordance with agency policy.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Respectful of personal space and individual preferences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• Comfortable assisting with basic household tasks and meal preparation.
• Experience in caregiving or supporting individuals with daily living skills is preferred but not required.
