IT Specialist

Pay: $21.17/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (6:30 PM - 3:15 AM, Monday-Friday; overtime possible)
Location: Guntown, MS
- Support and maintain all plant and facility information systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations
- Assist with managing networking infrastructure, hardware, software, servers, and system security
- Support manufacturing, inventory control, and telecommunications systems to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with operations leadership to develop and implement technology solutions that support business needs
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for IT systems, process improvements, and system upgrades
- Relevant education and experience in IT
- Some IT experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong hardware and software technical knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience supporting networking and system security is a plus
