Are you an estimator with experience in telecommunications, low-voltage systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, or construction projects? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building accurate estimates, supporting project success, and working closely with operations teams to win new business.

What You'll Do
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform material and labor takeoffs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals
- Obtain and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Identify project risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Coordinate with project managers and operations teams
- Maintain estimating records and pricing databases
- Support project handoff after award
Qualifications
- 2+ years of estimating experience preferred
- Experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber optics, or construction estimating
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with estimating software is a plus
Preferred
- Telecommunications or utility construction experience
- Knowledge of fiber optic and low-voltage systems
- Experience working on commercial or government projects
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
