Machine Operator

Delta Mold is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Machine Operator to support our injection molding operations in our Charlotte, NC facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines, ensuring parts meet quality standards, performing basic machine adjustments, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality‑focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment. This position plays a key role in supporting our commitment to delivering high‑precision tooling and molded components to ourcustomers. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with companystandards. Operate and monitor molding machines duringproduction. Follow SOPs and report equipment issues ormalfunctions. Inspect parts for defects and perform dimensionalchecks. Remove finished parts and place approved items in designatedcontainers. Ensure proper labeling and storage ofcontainers. Conduct and document required qualitychecks. Follow safety procedures and report unsafeconditions.
