Air Mechanical is looking to add a full time Customer Service Representative to it's team located in Ham Lake, MN. Air Mechanical is a family owned and operated Residential & Commercial HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company located in Ham Lake, MN and we have been serving the metro area and surrounding communities for over 40 years. Great team and fun environment!

This position will provide excellent customer service in a fun company culture! You will be tasked with taking inbound calls, answering customer questions and requests using different online tools. Your job is to answer and book calls, provide an excellent customer experience, and win the moment in every interaction. We provide ongoing training, coaching, and career development. Air Mechanical offers a starting pay of $19 per hour plus commission. This is an onsite role with flexible schedule and hours.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers and clients through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolves customer complaints.
• Learn our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with other team members as necessary.
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance tune ups.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Upbeat, professional, fun, positive, empathetic, personality!
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and on time.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Comfortable multi-tasking using several tools simultaneously, while maintaining a fun conversation with your customers.
