Step into a dynamic daytime physical therapy role in a post-acute care setting, where your expertise helps patients regain mobility and confidence after hospitalization. With at least one year of experience and a current BLS certification, you'll collaborate with a supportive team and supervise therapy assistants to deliver comprehensive care across skilled nursing and home health environments. You'll conduct patient evaluations, design and adjust evidence-based treatment plans, and document progress using standard charting tools while coordinating with other disciplines to maximize recovery. You'll enjoy a structured schedule with weekday daytime hours, and access on-site mentorship from experienced therapists and clinical specialists to fuel your professional growth.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience
• BLS Certification
• License to Submit: Yes
• Post Acute/SNF and Home Health setting
• Supervise 2 PTAs
• No on-call or call back required
• Software used: Net Health and HCHB
• Local 80-mile placements
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
