Flowserve Corporation, a leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow - management products and services, has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Operations Manager. This role is responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth within assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and support all HSE activities such as audits, improvement plans, special events, and others.

• Ensure that all safety training and documentation are up to date in accordance with company requirements and procedures.

• Manage Assembly resources for the entire manufacturing process, implementing continuous improvements in the area.

• Ass ess pe rformance of tasks per OMS/Work Instructions.

• Analysis for problem solving in lean manufacturing.

• The implementation of continuous improvements in the area should include and not be limited to: Kaizen events and 5S projects.

• Promote and support a safe working environment in the plant.

• Manage KPIs ( FPY, utilization, efficiency, productivity, attendance, scrap, rework).

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and Quality Management System (QMS) for the area of responsibility

• Analysis for problem solving in lean manufacturing.

• Maintenance and review of area metrics. Participation in the Plant review meeting.

• Achieve monthly and annual financial objectives of the Plan/Forecast: Operating Income (OI), and Cash Flow measured in the P&L.

• Develop and maintain a Cross Training Matrix to identify both areas for improvement for personnel and operation.

Requirements:

• Mechanical/Industrial Engineer or Certified Implementation Engineer?

• E ffective oral and written communication

• Collaborative interpersonal skills

• Knowledge/experience in OPEX, Lean, and Six Sigma processes and methodologies (continuous improvement)

• Experience in ISO 9001 standard

• At least 5 years' experience in rotating equipment

• Experience in personnel management and team management

• K n owledge of measuring instruments

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, construction drawings, assembly drawings, operating and maintenance procedures.

• Ability to write and draft documents, technical reports, root cause analyses, and correspondence

• Ability to communicate effectively cross functional and with customers

• Ability to work in a team
