Opportunities are available for individual, family, couples, and group therapy services. The remote therapist will be responsible for performing clinical activities such as assessments and therapeutic services as directed by the treatment plan and/or identified client need(s). The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency, and experience with their clients.Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans/reviews, and complete clinical documentation according to company policy.Maintain a minimum caseloadProvide clinical interventions focusing on the reduction of symptoms and increasing the individual's ability to perform activities of daily living.Deliver excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients accomplish therapeutic goals.Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and applicable site staff as needed.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.Communicate and work with clients/other staff in a manner that demonstrates knowledge of cultural diversities.Practice ethical conduct in all clinical and professional activities.Comply with Ellie Mental Health policies and procedures, accrediting/regulatory bodies, and performance contract documentation requirements.Up to $65/hr pay rangeActive LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD FL and CA licenses.Current NPI number.Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred but not required.Must maintain a valid Florida Driver's License and be insurable under Ellie Mental Health policy.Knowledge of and ability to apply crisis intervention techniques.Strong diagnostic skills, the ability to incorporate client history, symptoms, environmental and related issues to formulate proper diagnosis and treatment.Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide clear, concise, and well-constructed written documentation.Effective time management and organizational skills.Must be able to work autonomously.Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approach to mental health.Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing.Ellie Mental Health offers a competitive salary, PTO accrual, and professional development.Flexible scheduling.Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims.Pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation.Health, Vision, Dental BenefitsThis position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.Learn more about our amazing company at work from home options available.
