Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will lead the design and implementation of automated testing solutions for cloud-based applications, ensuring quality, security, and performance standards are met in a federal environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for various testing types including functional, regression, and performance Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates to ensure code compliance Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation and support compliance with federal standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation engineering Proficiency in programming languages for test automation such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, JMeter, and Postman Familiarity with federal compliance environments including FedRAMP, FISMA, or NIST standards
