Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity, starting ASAP. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience along with specific respiratory certifications.

The typical schedule will involve primarily daytime shifts:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Week 1
Friday, Saturday, Sunday in Week 2

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Administering respiratory therapy treatments and interventions
Monitoring and assessing patient progress
Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Utilizing the EPIC system for documentation and reporting

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Current certifications:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Experience with EPIC is preferred

Holiday coverage will be required as part of this position.
