Janitorial Associate

Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Location Wal‑Mart #2915, 3990 NESCONSET HWY, EAST SETAUKET, NY 11733, US Compensation Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Benefits & Perks Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase, company‑paid life insurance, and paid time off (PTO). Short‑term and long‑term disability, company discounts, military leave pay, and adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement are also available as applicable. Walmart also offers Live Better U, an education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates that covers tuition, books, and fees for various levels of education.
